iMedia Hub is provided for educational purposes only. Students, teachers, and school administrators use the platform to complete, manage, and review learning activities and assignments.

2. User responsibilities

• Students should use their own login details and not share passwords with others.
• Teachers and administrators must ensure all data entered is appropriate and relevant to school use.
• All users agree to use the platform respectfully and not upload, post, or share offensive or inappropriate content.

3. Account management

Accounts are created and managed by schools or teachers. Passwords are securely hashed and can be reset by teachers or administrators. If you suspect your account has been accessed without permission, notify your teacher or school administrator immediately.

4. Ownership and content

All platform materials, including design, structure, and original content, are the property of iMedia Hub or its creators. Schools retain ownership of their own uploaded content such as assignments or lesson materials.

5. Data and privacy

We protect user data in line with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Personal information is collected only for educational purposes and handled according to our Privacy & Data Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Users must not attempt to access data or functionality that does not belong to them, interfere with the service, or misuse the platform in any way. Any misuse may result in suspension or removal of access.

7. Availability and updates

We aim to keep the service running smoothly, but occasional maintenance or downtime may occur. Features may be updated or improved periodically to enhance learning and security.
