User Terms of Use and School Licence Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 2026
Welcome to iMedia Hub, an educational platform operated by Hub Learning Ltd, Company Number 17270665, to support learning, revision, assessment, homework and classroom activity. These terms apply to schools, teachers, school administrators, students and other users who access or use iMedia Hub.
By accessing or using iMedia Hub, you agree to these User Terms of Use and, where access is provided under a school licence, the School Licence Terms & Conditions.
These terms explain how iMedia Hub may be used, the responsibilities of users and schools, and the terms that apply to school licences. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the platform.
A licence grants the named school access to iMedia Hub for the purchased licence period. Licences are non-transferable and may not be shared with other schools, organisations or third parties.
School licences are intended for use by staff and students at the licensed school only. Access may be limited, suspended or withdrawn if a licence is misused or these terms are breached.
iMedia Hub is provided for educational purposes only. Students, teachers and school administrators use the platform to complete, manage, review and analyse learning activities, assignments and revision tasks.
Reasonable care is taken to keep content accurate, but questions, answers and other content may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. iMedia Hub supports teaching, learning, homework and revision, but should not be used as the sole or primary basis for examination preparation.
Use of iMedia Hub does not guarantee any particular examination result, grade, progress measure or educational outcome.
Accounts are created and managed by schools, teachers or school administrators. Schools are responsible for ensuring that only authorised staff and students are given access.
Passwords are securely hashed and can be reset by authorised teachers or administrators. If you suspect an account has been accessed without permission, notify your teacher, school administrator or iMedia Hub promptly.
The platform, question banks, software, branding, design, structure and educational content remain the property of Hub Learning Ltd or its licensors.
Schools retain ownership of their own uploaded content, such as school-created materials, assignment titles or class information. Users must not copy, reproduce, scrape, resell, redistribute or make derivative use of iMedia Hub content except as permitted through normal use of the platform.
Hub Learning Ltd handles personal data in line with applicable UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Personal information is collected and processed for educational, account management, support, security and platform operation purposes.
Further information about how personal data is handled is available in our Privacy & Data Policy.
Users must not attempt to access data, accounts or functionality that does not belong to them, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, overload the platform, or misuse iMedia Hub in any way.
Misuse may result in account restrictions, suspension or removal of access.
Hub Learning Ltd will use reasonable endeavours to maintain availability of the service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical issues, hosting limitations, updates or events outside our control may affect availability from time to time.
Support is provided on a reasonable endeavours basis through the contact channels made available by iMedia Hub.
iMedia Hub may rely on third-party hosting, email, security and infrastructure providers. Hub Learning Ltd is not responsible for failures, delays or interruptions caused by third-party services or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Licence fees are payable in accordance with the issued invoice. Access may be suspended or withdrawn if licence fees are not paid when due.
Any trial, beta, founder or promotional access is provided on the terms communicated at the time and may be changed or withdrawn at the end of the relevant access period.
Where a teacher, school administrator or school representative requests or purchases a licence, they confirm that they are authorised to do so on behalf of the school.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hub Learning Ltd's total liability arising from the use of iMedia Hub, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed the licence fees paid by the school during the 12 months preceding the claim.
Hub Learning Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or data.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Hub Learning Ltd may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where payment is overdue, where misuse is suspected, or where continued access may create a security, legal or operational risk.
Schools may request closure of their school account by contacting iMedia Hub. Account closure may affect access to users, assignments, analytics and progress records.
Hub Learning Ltd may delete inactive accounts, expired school licences or associated school data after a reasonable period of inactivity, subject to applicable data protection requirements and any agreed retention arrangements.
Hub Learning Ltd may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, legal requirements, security practices or commercial arrangements. The latest version will be published on this page.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in effect.
These terms, together with any quote, invoice, Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement, form the agreement between the school and Hub Learning Ltd in relation to the use of iMedia Hub.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms or the use of iMedia Hub shall be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
For questions about these terms, a school licence, or the platform's operation, please contact your teacher, school administrator, or the iMedia Hub team at contact@imediahub.co.uk.
